TEAM

Welcome!

You landed on this page because you are curious about our qualifications or intrigued enough to refer us to others.  Please read on....

We have been telling you that Ex Environmental is elite and this is why....

after 20+ years of learning, training, rescuing, certifying, leading, teaching, and seeking out a qualified team...the pieces came together to make Ex Environmental a go-to team for: Safety & Rescue Training, Emergency Response, and Standby needs.

In 2013 Ex Environmental came to life with Jay taking a hand selected team beyond the Midwest to meet the training needs of groups large and small.

If we haven't already met, what are you waiting for?

Starting as Ski Patrol in 1991 quickly escalated to EMT training and Captain. While handling training duties for his local department, Jay was hired as an instructor for a Fire/Rescue training company. He continued on this path and became a State Certified Fire Inspector. His areas of expertise include and go beyond EMS, vehicle extrication, hybrids, air bag restraint systems, new vehicle technology, rope rescue, confined space, fire ground tactics, swift water rescue and grain bin rescue. Jay consults with manufacturing firms, oil/gas pipeline, oil production/drilling rigs, FBI SWAT teams and public safety departments as well as producing training videos.

Jay is currently a Certified Firefighter II with the Hudson Volunteer Fire Department; National Ski Patrol Outdoor Emergency Care Technician; Certified Fire Inspector and Rope Rescue Technician; and Dive Master / Rescue Diver with the St. Croix EMS.

He is a member of the NHRA Safety Safari working fire/rescue at National series events. Jay is also on the safety team at Phoenix International Raceway for NASCAR and Indy car events.

Jay resides in Hudson, WI with his amazing wife, Christy, and children, Amanda and Sam.

Trever Sire, Owner & Lead Instructor, brings 25 years of private sector business experience to the team in addition to his instructing skills. Trever is very knowledgeable in industrial hazardous materials, remediation, and disposal.

The majority of Trever's dedication to Ex Environmental entails behind the scenes networking, research, equipment sourcing, and project planning. Not one to shy away from getting his hands dirty, you will also see Trever working onsite with the team at various locations.
